The rooms were clean and spacious. That met my expectations
The reception staff acted unprofessionally. I heard them being rude and shouting at other guests. They did not offer assistance or ask about my stay upon checkout

limited options indifferent staff
The hotel location was convenient. A quick walk to fira.
The breakfast was far from excellent. Limited options were available. i frequently had to ask for coffee since it wasn't offered. also, the reception staff seemed indifferent. They didn't inquire about my stay upon checkout.

sweet beginning heart location
i found the location really convenient, a short walk to the heart of the town (it was just as described!). the hotel provided a welcome gift of wine and fruit, a sweet beginning to my stay.
the coffee from the breakfast machine wasn't the best (i recommend grabbing an iced coffee from the bar instead).

Fine Stay at This Excellent Hotel!
fine pools comfortable sunbeds convenient location friendly staff
I found the hotel to be fine. The three swimming pools were a major highlight. Each pool had comfortable sunbeds and plenty of space for everyone. The location was convenient. It was just a short walk to the start of Fira and only twelve minutes to the main square. I greatly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. They were always available to assist with any questions or requests.
The air conditioning in my room wasn't as effective as I had hoped it would be. I needed the room to be cooler.

The room featured a simple and minimalist design which I found very appealing. It was also spotlessly clean . I was upgraded to a suite, spacious, and the bed was super comfortable.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with made-to-order omelets and a good selection of food. I especially liked the delicious pastries. The lunch options stood out. The quality of the food was excellent, prepared very well, and I thought the prices were quite reasonable.

The hotel offered three amazing swimming pools, each providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout the day. The sun beds were comfortable and there were plenty available at all times. I never struggled to find a spot to unwind by the pool .
